1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. Website purpose

This site presents BioSphereer, its research-platform vision, proposed interfaces, scientific engines, workflows, and potential laboratory integrations. It does not provide access to an operational laboratory-control service, and descriptions of planned, conceptual, early-access, or future capabilities are not promises that a feature will be released or perform in a particular way.

3. No professional or laboratory advice

The site is provided for general informational and presentation purposes. Its content is not medical, scientific, clinical, regulatory, legal, safety, or other professional advice; it is not a validated laboratory protocol or an instruction to conduct an experiment. Do not rely on this website to make patient-care, biosafety, regulatory, research, investment, or laboratory-execution decisions. Qualified professionals must independently review and authorize consequential actions.

4. No offer or guarantee

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a solicitation, a research result, or a guarantee of availability, compatibility, scientific performance, regulatory approval, or commercial outcome. You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, misuse automated access, misrepresent affiliation with AA FLUX LLC or BioSphereer, or use site content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

The site may refer to scientific resources, standards, instruments, software, or third-party services. Those references do not imply endorsement or responsibility, and third-party offerings are governed by their own terms and practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AA FLUX LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from reliance on or inability to use the site. These limitations do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have, disputes relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.

11. General terms and contact

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
